Corn Silage Program for 3 Dairy Farms for 12 Months

I run Alpha Agventure Farms here in Tarlac City, and for years I have been working with dairy farmers who need corn silage they can rely on. My focus has always been on supplying quality and consistency, whether it is for beef cattle, dairy cattle, buffaloes, goats, or other farm animals. I know that when you run a dairy farm, you cannot afford to gamble on feed quality or price.

Right now, I am offering something very specific for dairy farms that want stability in both supply and cost. Here are the main points of this program:

  • Fixed price of ₱8.00 per kilo for 12 months
  • Free delivery within 200 kilometers from Tarlac City
  • Consistent cut size of 1 to 1.5 inches
  • Minimum order of 50 tons per month

This is not open to everyone. Only three dairy farms will be accepted into this program. Once those three slots are taken, the offer is closed. No waiting list. No reopening later in the year. If you think your farm can commit to the terms, this is the time to secure your place.

Details of the Special Offer

1. Price Fixed at ₱8.00 per Kilo for 12 Months

Feed prices go up and down all year, and unfortunately, they tend to go up more often than they go down. By locking the price at ₱8.00 per kilo for the entire year, you protect your farm from sudden market spikes. For context, our standard retail price is ₱8.57 per kilo, so joining this program means you are saving ₱0.57 per kilo on every delivery for the next 12 months. It will not matter if fuel prices rise or if there is a shortage of silage in the market, because your price will stay the same for the duration of the contract. This allows you to plan your expenses with confidence and avoid the stress of unpredictable feed costs.

2. Free Delivery

Delivery is free for dairy farms located within 200 kilometers of Alpha Agventure Farms in Tarlac City. For drop-off points beyond 200 kilometers, there will be an additional charge of ₱0.01 per kilo for every kilometer beyond the 200-kilometer radius. This setup keeps the logistics fair while still offering excellent value for farms that are farther away.

3. Consistent Cut Size of 1 to 1.5 Inches

Every load you receive will have a uniform cut size of 1 to 1.5 inches. This is important because it helps with digestibility and ensures that your dairy cattle or buffaloes can chew and process the silage efficiently. A consistent cut size also means you will not have to deal with sorting or worrying about uneven feed texture that could affect your herd’s intake and digestion.

4. Minimum Monthly Order of 50 Tons

The minimum order requirement is 50 tons per month. This ensures that you always have enough silage to meet the nutritional needs of a large-scale dairy operation. By committing to this volume, you are securing a steady and reliable supply that will not be disrupted by seasonal shortages or high market demand.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this special offer, your dairy farm must meet the following conditions:

a. Within 200 Kilometers of Tarlac City

Your farm must be located within a 200-kilometer driving distance from Alpha Agventure Farms to enjoy free delivery. This distance is measured by actual road travel, not by a straight line on the map.

b. Beyond 200 Kilometers: ₱0.01 per Kilo per Kilometer

If your drop-off point is farther than 200 kilometers, there will be an additional charge of ₱0.01 per kilo for every kilometer beyond the 200-kilometer mark. This ensures that we can cover the extra fuel and time costs involved in long-haul deliveries.

c. Must Be Reachable by Pure Land Transport

The farm must be in an area that can be reached entirely by land. Locations that require ferry transport or air freight will not be eligible for this program.

d. Minimum Monthly Order of 50 Tons

You must commit to a monthly order of at least 50 tons for the entire 12-month period. This is necessary to keep the program sustainable and to ensure we can consistently allocate silage production for your farm.

First Come, First Served

This program is not designed for mass participation. I am opening it to only three dairy farms. That is the maximum number I can commit to while ensuring that each one receives consistent quality, steady volume, and on-time delivery for the full twelve months.

Once three farms sign the agreement, the offer will be closed. There will be no additional slots later in the year. This is to protect the commitment I am making to the farms that do secure a place, and to make sure no one is left with broken promises because supply was stretched too thin.

The earlier you confirm your participation, the sooner you lock in your feed cost for the next year. That means you can plan your finances with certainty, avoid sudden price hikes, and focus on managing your herd instead of chasing the next affordable feed source.

10 Benefits of Joining the Program

When I decided to open this offer to only three dairy farms, I knew it had to be a package that delivers clear, measurable advantages to those who secure a slot. I have worked with many livestock raisers over the years, and I have seen the common challenges that can cut into a farm’s profitability, which are unstable feed prices, unpredictable quality, and unreliable delivery schedules. This program is designed to remove those pain points so you can focus on running your dairy operation, not fighting with the feed market every month.

1. Price stability for a full year

Feed price volatility is one of the biggest sources of stress for a dairy farm. A sudden jump of even one peso per kilo can dramatically change your monthly expenses, especially when you are feeding dozens or hundreds of heads. By fixing the price at ₱8.00 per kilo for twelve months, I remove that uncertainty. You will know exactly how much your silage will cost all year, regardless of market fluctuations.

2. Guaranteed feed supply

In the dairy business, running out of quality feed is not an option. It affects milk production almost immediately. This program ensures you have your committed volume every month, no matter how tight the market becomes or how high the demand is from other farms.

3. Consistent silage quality and cut size

One of the biggest frustrations I hear from farmers is inconsistent feed quality. Silage that is too fine or too coarse can disrupt digestion and lower intake. With this program, every batch will have the same 1 to 1.5-inch cut size, providing optimal particle length for chewing, rumination, and nutrient absorption.

4. Improved feed efficiency and animal health

High-quality fermented corn silage supports healthy rumen activity, which is the foundation of good milk yield and overall herd health. Properly fermented silage can help reduce the risk of acidosis, improve butterfat levels, and encourage steady feed intake, all of which directly contribute to farm profitability.

5. No delivery cost within 200 km

If your farm is within 200 kilometers of Tarlac City, you will not have to pay extra for delivery. This means you can factor in your feed costs without worrying about fluctuating fuel prices or trucking fees, which often creep up during the year.

Here is a sample 12-month saving for a dairy farm in Batangas.

Assumptions:

  • Monthly volume: 50 tons
  • Typical trucking fee: ₱60,000 per 50-ton trip
  • Deliveries per year: 12

I’ll show you the Math:

  • Cost per kilo of trucking avoided = ₱60,000 ÷ 50,000 kg = ₱1.20 per kg
  • Monthly logistics saving = ₱60,000
  • Annual logistics saving = ₱60,000 × 12 = ₱720,000
  • Total kilos delivered in 12 months = 50,000 kg × 12 = 600,000 kg
  • Effective logistics cost avoided over the year = 600,000 kg × ₱1.20 = ₱720,000

In short, a Batangas dairy farm taking 50 tons per month saves about ₱720,000 in delivery charges over 12 months under the free delivery term.

Note: For farms beyond 200 kilometers, the additional fee is ₱0.01 per kilo per kilometer for the distance that exceeds the 200-kilometer radius.

6. Predictable budgeting for the whole year

Knowing your feed costs months in advance allows you to set accurate budgets, plan herd expansions, and forecast cash flow without the fear of mid-year cost spikes. This financial stability can make a big difference in long-term planning.

7. Time savings on procurement

Without a long-term supply agreement, you would need to monitor the market, negotiate prices, and arrange logistics every time you need feed. This program eliminates that monthly scramble. One contract covers your needs for a full year, freeing up your time to focus on herd management and milk production.

8. Reduced risk of supply interruptions

Drought, heavy rains, transport strikes. All of these can disrupt feed supply. With your allocation reserved and deliveries scheduled in advance, you are insulated from most of the disruptions that hit farms relying on spot-market purchases.

9. Support from an experienced feed supplier

You are dealing directly with someone who has years of experience in producing and delivering livestock feeds. I understand the importance of quality control, proper fermentation, and reliable logistics, and I know how critical timing is for maintaining feed freshness.

10. Competitive advantage in dairy production costs

When your feed costs are lower and more predictable than your competitors’, you can price your milk more competitively or keep a larger profit margin. This can give you an edge in the market, especially in times when other farms are struggling with rising input costs.

In short, this program is not just about selling silage. It is about building a stable, reliable supply chain for your farm that reduces risk, improves efficiency, and puts you in a stronger position to grow your business. By securing one of the three available slots, you are making a decision that protects your farm from market instability for the next twelve months.

Why Alpha Agventure Farms Corn Silage Works for Dairy Farms

At Alpha Agventure Farms, we do not leave silage quality to guesswork. Every batch of corn silage we produce is tested using a Koster Moisture Tester and a pH meter. The Koster Moisture Tester lets us accurately measure moisture content, ensuring the silage is neither too wet nor too dry. This is crucial because moisture levels directly affect fermentation quality, nutrient preservation, and the way the silage feeds in the rumen. The pH meter, on the other hand, allows us to maintain a precise pH range between 3.2 and 4.2, which is ideal for suppressing harmful microbes, preventing spoilage, and preserving the nutritional value of the silage.

A properly fermented silage at this pH range supports optimal rumen health in dairy cattle. The lactic acid bacteria that thrive under these conditions produce a stable feed that encourages better fiber digestion and microbial activity in the rumen. This translates to improved feed efficiency, which in turn supports higher milk yields and better milk solids.

Nutritionally, our corn silage offers a balanced profile of energy, fiber, and digestible nutrients that fit well into the diet of high-producing dairy cows. The energy density of our silage supports lactation, while the effective fiber content helps maintain rumen motility and prevent metabolic disorders such as acidosis.

It is worth noting that many corn silage producers in the market intentionally add water to their silage to increase its weight, a practice that misleads buyers and dilutes the feed’s nutritional value. We do not do that. At Alpha Agventure Farms, every kilogram you receive is pure, naturally fermented corn silage, giving you full value for what you pay.

Our track record speaks for itself. Over the years, we have consistently supplied dairy farms with high-quality silage, ensuring that orders are delivered on time and in the right condition. We understand that in dairy farming, feed interruptions are costly, which is why reliability is at the core of our operations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question: When do we sign the contract?
Answer: We finalize the contract once both parties have agreed on the delivery schedule, volume, and payment terms. This ensures everything is clear before we begin supplying your corn silage.

Question: Can small dairy farms apply?
Answer: Yes. While many of our regular clients are large-scale operations, we also work with small dairy farms that want consistent, high-quality corn silage. Even if your volume is less than that of a large commercial farm, you will receive the same level of quality control, moisture testing, and pH monitoring.

Question: Can we change the delivery schedule?
Answer: We understand that farm conditions, weather, and feeding schedules can change unexpectedly. Delivery schedules can be adjusted with prior notice, provided that we can realign logistics without affecting other clients’ deliveries.

Question: What happens if we need more than 50 tons per month?
Answer: We can accommodate higher volumes, but we recommend discussing this with us in advance so we can secure the necessary supply and adjust production schedules. For large increases, we will plan your deliveries in coordination with your farm’s storage capacity and feeding plan.

Question: How is payment handled?
Answer: We require post-dated checks (PDCs) for each month covered by the contract. Each PDC must clear in our bank account at least one week before the agreed delivery dates.

Question: Is there a trial period?
Answer: Since we work with dairy farms that already use corn silage in their feeding programs, most of our partners proceed directly with their regular orders. However, we’re always happy to discuss your needs to ensure you’re confident before starting.
