No. If your venue is outside a 50-kilometer radius from Alpha Agventure Farms (Tarlac City), the client will cover round-trip transportation using this formula:
₱3,000.00 base fare + (Distance in km – 50km × 2 × ₱20.00)
Are meals included in the Onsite Training package?
No. As the host, the client will provide lunch and refreshments for the trainer and two companions during the session.
Can I choose any date for the Onsite Training?
Yes, as long as the date is not a Sunday or a holiday. Availability is first come, first served and may change depending on confirmed bookings.
What if I need help with a real-time problem on my farm after the training?
We welcome follow-up questions via email at no extra cost. However, if your concern involves an actual or ongoing issue at your farm that requires real-time troubleshooting, step-by-step guidance, or technical advice tailored to your farm conditions, it will be treated as part of our paid consultancy services.
What counts as a free follow-up question?
Follow-up questions are those that seek clarification or elaboration on topics discussed during the training. Questions that go beyond the training scope or that pertain to new, farm-specific problems fall under paid consultancy.
Is the training customizable to my specific farm setup or business model?
Yes. Before the training date, we’ll request details about your current farm situation so we can tailor the discussion to meet your exact needs.
Do you offer virtual or online training instead of onsite?
The Exclusive Onsite Training is designed for in-person, hands-on learning. However, if you’re looking for technical advice or follow-up support outside the training, we offer teleconsulting via phone, Viber, WeChat, or WhatsApp. Please contact us directly for consultation scheduling and rates.
How far in advance should I schedule my training or consultation date?
We require that you book your preferred date at least two (2) weeks in advance. This allows time for proper coordination, customization of the training content, and travel logistics. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend reserving early to secure your ideal schedule.
Will I receive any training materials or handouts?
We do not provide handouts or soft copies of the presentation, regardless of the consulting format—whether Onsite Training, Face-to-Face Consultation, Resource Speaker engagement, or Teleconsulting. Our sessions are designed to be interactive, practical, and customized to your needs.
For Onsite Training, clients are encouraged to record a video of the full-day session for future reference. This ensures they can revisit the material anytime, which supports better retention and practical application than static documents.
