    Do I need to set up anything on the incubator once I have it?

    Nothing. You don’t need to change anything on the setting. We ensure it’s well-calibrated before we hand it over to you.

    Where is your pick-up zone?

    Our pick-up zone is at Block 7 Barangay San Manuel, Tarlac City. Search for “Alpha Agventure” on Google Maps or Waze for the exact directions. Be reminded that it is only a pick-up zone. Drop by to this pick-up zone IF, and ONLY IF, you have a scheduled order for pick up from us.

    Do you deliver anywhere in the Philippines?

    Our incubators are for pick-up only at our designated zone in Block 7, Barangay San Manuel, Tarlac City. If unable to pick up your incubator, we can assist in finding a transporter if needed. Provide your address and order details for a delivery quote and schedule. Once with the transporter, the incubator is no longer our responsibility.

    Can I pick the incubator up tomorrow if I pay today?

    Our incubators are made-to-order. The minimum lead time for the availability of your incubator is 7 business days. It can be more or less depending on the orders in our queue. You may message us to inquire about the lead time if you order today.

    Will you teach me how to use the incubator if I buy from you?

    Watch our YouTube video for the instructions on how to use our automatic incubator. The incubator is super easy to use. Nothing is rocket science.
