These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including our online store (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Services.
1. General Information
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
1.2 Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Products and Services
2.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products and services. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
2.2 Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or discrepancies at any time.
2.3 Availability: All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product or service at our discretion.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Acceptance: Your order is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
3.2 Payment: All payments must be made through the available payment methods at checkout. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
3.3 Taxes: Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated and added to your total during checkout.
3.4 Payment Methods: We do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All payments must be made through the available payment methods at checkout.
4. Delivery Terms
Shipping costs and delivery times will depend on the product type and the shipping method chosen. Once the items are handed over to the third-party transport service provider, they are no longer our responsibility. JCG Agventure Agri Trading is not liable for any incidents that may occur while your order is in transit. If you’re not comfortable with this term, we recommend picking up your order personally.
4.1 We Do Not Deliver Outside the Philippines
JCG Agventure Agri Trading only delivers within the Philippines. If you place an order with a shipping address outside the Philippines, your order will be cancelled without refund. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
4.2. Egg Ordering and Delivery Policy
JCG Agventure Agri Trading takes every possible precaution to ensure that all fertilized eggs are packed securely and remain viable prior to dispatch. All our fertilized eggs are stored in a chiller maintained between 2° and 8°C to freeze embryonic development and extend storage life. Our maximum storage period is 15 days, and based on our farm’s own trials, embryonic development and hatchability rates consistently remain above 90% within this period.
Each egg is wrapped individually, placed in an ice box for added protection, and the ice box is securely sealed before turnover to the courier.
However, please note that we do not have control over the speed of delivery or the quality of handling by third-party couriers. If you are within Luzon and your address can be reached by pure land transportation, there are exclusive transport services you may hire to deliver the eggs to you within the same day.
If your address is outside Luzon, or even within Luzon but requires a water vessel to reach you, please be aware that delivery may take more than 24 hours. The longer the eggs remain outside the chiller and incubator, the lower the embryonic development rate could become. Given this, the risk of reduced hatchability shall be borne entirely by the buyer should you decide to proceed with ordering fertilized eggs for shipment.
JCG Agventure Agri Trading shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, delay, or mishandling of eggs once they are in transit through third-party delivery services. Customers who are not amenable to this condition are strongly encouraged to arrange for personal pickup of their orders.
For delivery requests, customers are required to provide the following details, by filling out this online form, for proper computation of shipping fees:
- Complete delivery address
- Preferred chicken breed
- Quantity of eggs to order
An additional charge shall apply for the ice box, which is mandatory for all shipped orders to ensure added protection during transport.
By placing an order for delivery, the customer is deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the above terms and conditions.
4.3 Ordering Vaccines
We can only arrange delivery of vaccines if you’re located in Luzon and your address is accessible by land transportation within 12 hours as the vaccines need to be stored at temperature between 2° and 8°. JCG Agventure Agri Trading shall not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of vaccines that may occur during transit. If you’re not comfortable with this term, we recommend picking up your order personally. If you agree, please message us here with your ADDRESS and DETAILS OF YOUR ORDER so we can calculate the delivery fee via third-party delivery services.
4.4 Ordering Non-Livestock
If you’re ordering NON-LIVESTOCK (any product that is not a live animal or vaccine), please message us here with your ADDRESS and NAME AND QUANTITY OF THE ITEMS you want to order so we can calculate the shipping fee via third-party delivery services. We will process the delivery of your non-livestock order. We can handle the booking process for you to ensure a more convenient experience. However, please note that JCG Agventure Agri Trading shall not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of items that may occur during transit. If you’re not comfortable with this term, we recommend picking up your order personally.
4.5 Ordering Livestock
If you’re ordering LIVESTOCK, the only deliveries that JCG Agventure Agri Trading can arrange are those within Luzon that can be reached exclusively via land travel. Clients whose addresses require other modes of transportation (via air or sea) must independently hire a third-party animal transporter on their own. Fortunately, there are Facebook Groups dedicated to animal transport services. Please exercise due diligence in selecting a transporter, as JCG Agventure Agri Trading will not be held liable for any untoward incidents (death, injury, or loss of livestock) arising from your transaction with a third-party transporter.
For your convenience, we have outlined steps on how to post in these Facebook Groups:

- Join the Groups that best suit your needs.
- Once your membership request is approved, ensure you follow the Group’s posting rules. We have prepared a template that you may use and customize as necessary:
Template for Posting:
- What to Deliver: Specify the quantity, breed, and age of the livestock.
- Pickup Point: Block 7, Barangay San Manuel, Tarlac City (search for Alpha Agventure Farms on Google Maps).
- Drop-off Point: Write your own complete address (delivery address)
- Pickup Date: To be determined; currently requesting a quotation.
- IMPORTANT: I prefer a transporter/shipper who will handle all mandatory travel permits.
It is essential to clarify that you require a transporter capable of securing the veterinary health certificate and travel permits, as JCG Agventure Agri Trading does not provide these documents.
- Expect transporters to contact you via direct message. Ensure your inbox settings allow messages from non-Facebook friends. Alternatively, include your phone number for direct communication.
- Conduct a thorough review of the transporter’s legitimacy and trustworthiness. Negotiate terms independently.
- Once you finalize an agreement with a transporter, contact us to confirm your desired order. We will provide the availability date for the items you wish to purchase. Please place your order on our website only if you are satisfied with the proposed availability date.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy: Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Only non-perishable goods such as farming equipment, tools, and packaged feeds are eligible for return. Livestock, perishable items, and custom orders are non-returnable. Custom orders refer to products or livestock that have been specially requested or tailored to the customer’s specific preferences or needs, and cannot be resold.
5.2 Refunds: Refunds will be issued based on the timing of the refund request. The percentage of the refund will be calculated as follows:
- Within 24 hours of purchase: 90% refund
- Within 2-3 days of purchase: 75% refund
- Within 4-7 days of purchase: 50% refund
- Beyond 7 days: No refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 calendar days after receiving the returned item or confirming the refund request.
5.3 Legal Compliance: In compliance with consumer protection laws, the following criteria apply to refunds and returns:
- Refunds for defective or damaged products are honored regardless of timing, provided that proof of defect or damage is submitted.
- Returns and refunds for products that do not match their descriptions or specifications will be processed upon verification.
- Non-refundable items, such as livestock and perishable goods, are exempt unless required by law due to defects or quality issues.
- Customers must initiate refund or return requests through our customer service channels and provide all necessary documentation, such as receipts and photos of the product.
6. Warranty and Health of Livestock
6.1 Health Assurance Upon Delivery: We ensure that all livestock is in good health upon delivery. Buyers are encouraged to hire a licensed third-party inspector, such as a veterinarian or a livestock health professional, to verify the animals’ condition at the time of arrival.
6.2 No Warranty on Livestock Health Post-Delivery: Due to the nature of living animals, we do not provide a warranty for their health or lifespan once they have been delivered. Changes in environment, diet, and care may impact their well-being, and future health becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
6.3 Liability Limitation: JCG Agventure Agri Trading is not liable for any health issues or mortality of livestock after delivery. Buyers must ensure they are prepared to provide proper care and veterinary attention as needed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the property of JCG Agventure Agri Trading or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
13.1 Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting our customer service team.
13.2 Arbitration: If a resolution cannot be reached, any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC).
13.3 Governing Language: All proceedings will be conducted in English.
14. Non-Transferable Rights
Your rights under these Terms are personal and may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity without our prior written consent.
15. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse our Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using our platform for illegal purposes
- Attempting to interfere with the security of the Services
- Providing false or misleading information during transactions
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
